Statement from Mike Gibbons on Vice President Kamala Harris’ Visit to Ohio

Cleveland, OH - U.S. Senate candidate Mike Gibbons has released the following statement on Vice President Kamala Harris’ visit to Columbus on Friday:

“While Kamala Harris attempts to sell the disastrous spending deal to Ohioans, it's certain she will gloss over the invasion at our border, growing national debt, skyrocketing inflation, and supply chain crisis caused by the Biden administration’s inept policies. America is broke, and the last thing our struggling economy needs is more reckless and unnecessary spending. As I have said since the bill was being negotiated: we need to fix actual infrastructure - roads, bridges, and ports - but this bill recklessly spends on the woke Green New Deal wish list. The excessive spending further hurts our economy as it is in turmoil.”
