Cleveland, OH - U.S. Senate Candidate Mike Gibbons has released the following statement on the Ohio Supreme Court rejecting the redistricting maps for a third time: 

"The Ohio Supreme Court’s decision to block maps is creating chaos when there is no reason for it. Our campaign has the momentum and resources to win regardless of the date, but this decision is unfair to Ohio voters expecting to cast a ballot on May 3. We hope a decision on a primary date happens immediately so Ohioans know when and for whom they can vote for. Activist judges are clearly legislating from the bench rather than acting in the best interests of Ohioans."
