Statement from Mike Gibbons on Tenneco’s Intent to Ship Jobs Overseas

Cleveland, OH - U.S. Senate Candidate Mike Gibbons released the following statement on Tenneco moving 500 jobs from Kettering overseas: 

“Workers in Kettering have every right to be outraged over Tenneco’s intent to move good paying Ohio jobs to China and Mexico. Career politicians, like Tim Ryan and Nan Whaley, have been in office for decades enacting burdensome regulations and tax increases that force companies to ship jobs overseas. Democrats are directly responsible for undermining America First policies that helped American workers and kept jobs in the U.S. Their blatant pandering to score political points is evident to Ohio voters.”
