United States Senate Candidate Mike Gibbons Meets With Moms For Liberty

Cleveland, OH - U.S. Senate Candidate Mike Gibbons (R) met today with Tina Descovich, one of the Founders of Moms for Liberty, and her Ohio Chapter Chairs.
Gibbons participated in a listening session with the moms who are on the front lines of battling “wokeism” at the local level and fighting against Critical Race Theory and mask mandates in our schools.
“It was inspiring to meet with Tina and the Moms for Liberty. This group is a shining example of what can happen when concerned parents come together in the best interest of our children and grandchildren," Gibbons stated. “I join them in their belief that parents should make the decision on what is best for their children, not some government bureaucrat or activist school board member.”

“Like me, these moms are political outsiders who have had enough of politics as usual and decided to do something about it,” Gibbons added.
“We appreciate the time Mike spent with our leaders in Ohio today. It is clear he understands the challenges our moms are facing as they defend their right to direct the upbringing and education of their children,” Descovich stated.
Moms for Liberty is a parental rights advocacy group focused on education. Moms For Liberty is quickly growing in influence throughout the United States and was a major force in the Virginia Governor’s race that fueled conservative Glenn Youngkin to an upset victory.
