Visits Vinton, Jackson, and Gallia Counties

Cleveland, OH - U.S. Senate candidate Mike Gibbons stopped in Vinton, Jackson and Gallia Counties on Friday to meet with local voters as part of his statewide bus tour. The Republican candidate spoke to Ohioans at Mama Renie’s in Vinton, Cardo's Pizza in Jackson and then at Zack & Scotty's in Gallipolis. The campaign also made stops into local county courthouses and other businesses.

Mike explained the importance of rural communities and how he’ll make them a priority in the Senate.

“I’m a constitutional conservative. I believe the government needs to take a step back and let people make their own choices. Ohio’s small towns are an important part of our state and I won’t forget all the great people I’ve been able to meet here today. I know rural communities are full of hard working folks who want less taxes and less government. I’ll be your defender in Washington,” Mike Gibbons said. 

He also touched on his personal connection to the pro-life movement as well as the border crisis and his disapproval of illegal immigration. 

Mike had the opportunity to not just detail his stance on many pressing topics but also connect with voters and get their input on a more personal level.
